GO GREEN MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INITIATIVE
Please read to learn more…
Your membership support has been essential to the success of the Friends’ mission, and for that, we are very grateful.
As we begin our journey for the next 50 years, we will seek new ways of doing things that more closely align with other important environmental objectives. We can begin with a “go green” initiative by using technology to communicate important news and events. And, we will still do mailings where it is most effective, such as for our appeal campaigns.
So here are some things to note:
- Membership renewal notices will be emailed to you at approximately six weeks, three weeks, and three days before your membership expires. Please be on the lookout of these notices.
- If you wish to receive a renewal letter instead of an email, please call Paulette at 518-475-0298 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, and those arrangements can be made.
- If you don’t have an email on file with us, please consider providing one as part of this “go green” initiative and let us know if you would like to receive renewal notices via email, but you will still receive a mailing a month before your membership expiration, if that is your wish.
Thank you for being a Friend through your membership commitment.
