Forever Friends
MEMORIAL POLE PLAQUES

The “Forever Friends” Memorial Poles are located in a beautiful and serene outdoor setting, near a bench, where you may sit and reflect upon special memories of your loved one.

“I’m sitting here by the frog pond admiring mom’s memorial pole. The poles are beautiful! Thanks for a great memorial.” – Carole Fults

These attractive 4×4” poles are made from sustainable cypress wood, milled and capped for protection. These limited poles will sit in open groups of three adorning areas of Nature’s Accessible Backyard Trail garden, which is located near the Visitor Center at Five Rivers. Tiered in height to be more aesthetically pleasing, the words “In Memoriam” will be burned vertically in script on one side. Near the top on all four sides, 3×5” heavy cast bronze plaques with a dark brown leatherette textured background will be securely fastened (sample to the left). Your loved one’s name will be highlighted in raised lettering on a plaque (one plaque per side, four plaques per pole).

To reserve your plaque, please use this link.  Learn more with this flyer.

A special gathering at Five Rivers will be held annually in the summer for families who have memorialized their loved one.
