RESERVATIONS

To request a reservation for public, private and home schools, please complete the required online Lesson Request Form.  You will receive a confirmation letter outlining the details of your lesson, including pre-visit materials, within two weeks of your request.

FEE SCHEDULE & PAYMENT INFORMATION

The fee for a Guided School Program lesson is based on the number of Field Groups you will need.  There is a 60 student maximum per half day or 3 hour visit.

* PLEASE NOTE:  For Marvelous Maples, Field Groups consist of 12 students and 2 chaperones for $50 per group.

NEW PAYMENT PROCESS:  Schools will be invoiced after the visit.  However, you may bring your payment on the day of the visit, though you will not receive a receipt until invoice process is completed.

REIMBURSEMENT FUNDING

For public schools, home schools, or other community groups, apply to Connect-Kids-to-Parks Field Trip Grant Program.

and/or

BOCES Arts in Education and Exploratory Enrichment Program. Verify with school district regarding BOCES requirements, your district’s membership and reimbursement rate.

For Private Schools, you may request Friends of Five Rivers scholarship form.
