IT’S A BEAUTIFUL DAY TO EXPLORE ROCKS

Spring 2022

WHO:

• Pre-school children ages 2-5 years and parents or adult caregiver
• Older siblings welcome on school off days

WHAT:

• Families with young children will gather for reading of a nature-themed story, then take part in theme-related activities
• Take home projects will be included
• Maximum size:  10 families per day
• Participants will be divided into two working groups

WHEN & WHERE:

• Tuesday, April 19 – OR – Wednesday, April 20
• 90 minutes from 9:30-11:00 am
• Choice of Tuesday or Wednesday mornings
• All activities will take place outdoors at Five Rivers Environmental Center
• No rain date will be offered

COST:

• MEMBERS:  $3.00 per family, per session
• NON-MEMBERS:  $5.00 per family, per session
• MATERIALS:  $2.00 per child, per session

HOW:
