AUGUST ART DAY with Carol Coogan

    August 15, 2022

“Connect to Nature with Sketchbooks & Journaling”  with Carol Coogan

    CLASS DESCRIPTION
At every moment, wherever you are, you can use a simple sketchbook to connect more deeply with the natural world. In its pages you might write notes, record observations and descriptions of what you notice, hear, smell, and see, and fill its pages with simple diagrams, scribbles, quick sketches, or fully developed drawings. When curious, jot down the question. You can research later to learn more about it. Join Carol Coogan as she gives instruction, support, advice, and inspiration to your own nature sketching practice.

Up to 15 participants will be treated to a naturalist describing the area you will be sketching with instruction from Carol Coogan.

    • $20 per person for Friends members
