Bug Fest

Free and open to the public.  Come in your best bug costume!

Adult Nature Camp

Led by the Friends of Five Rivers Director of Education, join in to explore stream, forest, and field habitats. Also, collect and discuss critters as you go!  Encourage connection and relaxation through forest-bathing and journaling. Engage in nature friendly crafts, games, and activities.

Five Rivers Fall Festival

Join us for this family-friendly event taking place on the scenic and serene grounds of Five Rivers Environmental Education Center. The day will be filled with outdoor educational and hands-on exhibits, guided walks, live animals, crafts, food vendors, music, raffles, and more!

Friends Celebrating Friend Appetizer & Auction Event

3rd annual "Friends Celebrating Friends" Appetizer & Auction event on Thursday, November 13 at Glennpeter Jewelers in Glenmont. Appetizers, auction, raffles, entertainment, and more will be offered at this casual after-hours event. No purchase is necessary but RSVP is requested.

Holiday Shopping Event

Stop by the Book House in Stuyvesant Plaza to work on your shopping list and support Friends of Five Rivers at the same time!  The Book House will generously donate 20% of all sales back to Friends of Five Rivers.  Woot!
