Registration for our annual spring stewardship event is now underway! Join us for I Love My Park Day on May 3, 2025 from 9am-12pm. Volunteers will help us make Five Rivers a better habitat for wildlife through native plantings and invasive species removal.
Organized by DEC, this is a free family day of outdoor exploration at Five Rivers.

Led by the Friends of Five Rivers Director of Education, join in to explore stream, forest, and field habitats. Also, collect and discuss critters as you go! Encourage connection and relaxation through forest-bathing and journaling. Engage in nature friendly crafts, games, and activities.
Friends of Five Rivers is offering three weeks of programming for families. The aim of this program is to help parents and children grow in their understanding and appreciation of the natural world through shared activities. This program is created for parent/guardian with children ages 2-8.
